• Legal & Bureaucratic Advocacy: Fast-tracking temporary guardianship, educational power of attorney forms, and mobile notary services so children can immediately access school and healthcare.

• The Digital Connection Lab: Funding prison telecom vendor accounts (such as Securus) and providing computer lab support so children can maintain vital, continuous bonds with their parents without draining the caregiver's fixed income.

• Caregiver Stabilization: Supplying the "Anchor Locker" with immediate material necessities like school uniforms, diapers, emergency clothing, and back-to-school laptops.

2. Youth Empowerment Initiatives (Generational Prevention)
